The company was founded in 1982 in the picturesque village of Ballinderry, Co Tipperary. Lakeshore has since relocated to a fine 22,000 sq ft premises, and has achieved huge success in an extremely competitive sector. This success has been based on product innovation, market development and investment. Lakeshore has a reputation for impeccable quality and detail in product formulation and production.

Lakeshore product quality is second to none. We use only the finest of high quality ingredients such as olive oil, frozen fresh mint and grade A mustard seeds. The products are made by hand in small batches. All recipes are carefully formulated. All ingredients are hand inspected and evaluated prior to acceptance and again at time of production. Great care is taken at every step of the process to ensure constant product quality.
