- Enjoy your food
- Eat a variety of foods. This will ensure that you get all the nutrients you need to stay healthy
- Snack healthily. After 3-4 hours blood sugars begin to drop. This can make us tired & hungry. Lifeforce snacks can prevent this
- Eat breakfast. This helps your concentration levels and gives you an energetic start to the day
- Eat the right amount of food to be a healthy weight and exercise regularly
- Eat less saturated fat and limit the number of sugary snacks
- Eat the recommended intake of fruit & vegetables of four or more portions a day as recommended by the government. Dried fruits count towards this daily target.
