Founded in Dublin, Ireland in 1977, our Lifeforce philosophy has been to provide foods just as nature intended; foods that will not just nourish you but help you to achieve your full potential in life – whatever that may be!

Our range of foods are free from artificial preservatives, flavours, colourings, with no added salt or sugar, no additives or preservatives and sourced organically where possible. Over the years our range has extended to include Nut Butters, Muesli, Coconut Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar but while our offering has evolved, our core principles remain – healthy, wholesome ingredients that will keep you fuelled 'naturally' throughout your day, every day.

Voted Ireland's Favourite Nut Butter 2021 by the V Awards, our delicious Peanut Butters and Almond Butters contain just 2 ingredients. Nuts and Rosemary Extract! They’re Palm Oil free, a great source of protein and high in fibre!

Apple Cider Vinegar

Our Apple Cider Vinegar is made using 100% whole Spanish apples, and that’s it! It’s organic, raw and unfiltered with no additives or preservatives.

Original Muesli

More than 40 years on, our Muesli is still made using the original recipe! It contains 42% fruit and nuts and is high in fibre, free from artificial preservatives, flavourings, colours and added salt.

Lifeforce Peanut Butter is available in Smooth and Crunchy. It’s made of just two simple ingredients – roasted peanuts and rosemary extract. It’s free from Palm Oil and added salt and sugar and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

A store-cupboard staple it’s a versatile ingredient that can be enjoyed throughout the day. Spread it on toast or fresh fruit, dollop on top of hot creamy porridge or a refreshing smoothie bowl, create a delicious savoury dish or an indulgent dessert – there are endless ways for you to enjoy!

Lifeforce Organic Coconut Oil is suitable for all kinds of cooking and ideal for stir frying. It’s made from the fresh flesh of handpicked coconuts and has a light flavour. It’s 100% pure and unrefined, Extra Virgin, Cold pressed and certified by The Organic Trust. It doesn’t contain GMOs or additives and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Our recipe contains 42% fruit and nuts so it’s high in fibre, free from artificial preservatives, flavourings, colours and added salt and sugar. Its natural sweetness comes from chopped dates and juicy raisins so there’s goodness in every bite!

Apple Cider Vinegar

Lifeforce Apple Cider Vinegar is certified organic. It’s naturally unfiltered and unpasteurised which gives it its cloudy appearance. It is made using single source Spanish apples that are pressed, not blended and is a 100% natural product, free from additives and preservatives and never from concentrate.

Why not try our vinegar in a homemade Lifeforce tonic. Dilute 1-2 teaspoons of vinegar with 3-4 teaspoons of water. For additional taste you can add honey or slice of lemon. You can take this in between meals or use as a dressing.
